It is hard to make mistakes since the software takes you through each step and it is very difficult to by-pass these steps. Therefore, productivity in the staff has increased by at least 20% and the ease of running reports keeps the management out of every little decision that must be made. Because of this, my time can be spent on increasing my client base, which I have by 30% per year since we have used the software. I can't say enough good things about this software. The technical support has been timely and consistent, the annual maintenance is reasonable, and the software is the best-kept secret in the business.
