tex-HCRS allows for Over-The-Counter and Recurring collection of hospital services accounts. Designed within a hospital setting at R.E. Thomason Hospital, tex-HCRS features easy-to-use Payment and General Ledger receipting screens and is easily customizable to fit into any existing software mix.

tex-HCRS employs the power of IBM's UniData Relational Database Management System, which is second to none in delivering accurate and reliable data storage and retrieval, while allowing the flexibility to interact with Patient Accounting, Financial Accounting, Imaging and other data management systems common to hospital data processing environments.

tex-HCRS uses TotaLink Credit Card Processing Software for verification and settlement of credit card transactions, as well as Texoft's own ACHeck Banking Interface for paperless check deposits.

The tex-HCRS Floor Collections Module allows for inpatient payment processing and tracking, and the Recurring Payment Module manages Credit Card and ACH monthly payment contracts without any intervention beyond the initial setup of the contract.

Next on the horizon for tex-HCRS is WebCRS. Due out in early 2008, WebCRS is a full-featured, web-based account inquiry and payment system, which will allow the patient or responsible party to view detailed statement information and make payments via the Internet
